Needed bathroom upon arrival , lobby bathrooms out of order , went outside and peed on bush . Room was musty and damp . Rented for 3 nights , on 3rd night my room key wouldn't work , they programed another the the next day charged me more than the other 2 nights without explanation , no one spoke understandable English

Language barrier at check in caused it to take longer than normal. Room was on the bottom floor and there had been some type of flooding in the hall, and trim was missing along the floor. Some lights in the room didn't work. The shower drain was slow causing water to back up.I have stayed there before and now it is getting run down.

No should have any business dealing with this hotel whatsoever. Customer service was worse than pathetic. When customers have to walk to the airport something is drastically wrong.

Worst expedience ever
Arrived after driving for many hours have booked with La Quinta on many trips. This particular facility was probably one of the worst experiences of our years of travel hotel was dirty, with areas boarded up needing repair. Clerk was unhelpful. Initial key did not unlock the room. No parking. Rundown and dated appearance. Pool out of order, unusable. Felt unsafe. Parking in rear off hotel unsecured. Fencing to back of adjacent property pulled down. Back of hotel is the service area for a restaurant and was filthy. Homeless walking around as well. On duty staff shrugged at security questions. Decided safer to continue to safer area. I will be requesting a full refund from Hotels, Com. Wish we had pictures to share UT to be honest just wanted to get the heck out of there.
