El servicio de los empleados muy bueno. Son muy atentos y cordiales. Las condiciones del hotel merecen unas mejoras urgentes. La habitación muy incomoda el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, tuvimos q dormir con la ventana abierta y apenas pudimos descansar por todo el ruido de la calle donde está ubicado el hotel. En resumen es un hotel 2 estrellas. No lo volvería a utilizar.

Great location with excellent staff
The hotel is in an excellent location, in the center, walking distance from major attractions, and further afield can be reached by metro, bus, tuk tuk, all close to the hotel, and of course by taxi. Taxis are cheap. We preferred taxis. Near the hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and many shops for shopping lovers. Excellent staff, especially Inês, Tia from Ukraine, they are very helpful in everything - in regards to the room and also regarding restaurants in the vicinity, taxis, explanations and recommendations and everything that is required. They give a feeling of home. We stayed there for 3 nights, left our belongings for the night when we had a trip outside of Lisbon, returned for another two nights, then traveled for a week to Madeira. Again, we had left some of our belongings at the hotel and returned for another 4 nights. The staff made sure to let us have the same room, and every time we returned to the hotel, our belongings were waiting for us in a clean room ready for another stay. We stayed in room 41 a big room with a very small balcony containing 2 chairs without a table and potted plants The room is large, with a desk. There a safe, air conditioning. There is no mini bar, there is free drinking water, a kettle to make tea and coffee and there is a small percolator. There is good lighting by the bed. But everything is basic... there is no closet, only open shelf cabinet, small clothing rack. Not suitable for a long stay, because ther

Fantastic stay. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff - everyone we interacted in was amazing - Especially Tya - sorry I am sure I have not spelt that correctly - who always had a smile on her face and a friendly welcoming word. Gorgeous room with a superb location. Couldn't fault it and would recommend and definitely return on my next trip to a beautiful city.
