The reason why I use a hotel is to have access to room service I understand that with COVID things have to be done differently but have to get dress to go downstairs to pick up my order and a cup of coffee in the morning is a bummer Please try to figure out a better way maybe u can use the Krueger coffe make in the rooms Also I stayed for 2 nights no one came to clean my room The pillows smelt like they were washed but not dried properly there was an odor Happens to me as well when I don’t dry my pillows Hope this helps

Good 6.0
A mediocre stay.
My original booking wasn’t available, the hotel was significantly understaffed (wait times for the front desk were upwards of a half hour). The hotel was under renovation and amenities such as ice machines and wash cloths were not available. The air conditioner in my room was broken. Everything else was fine. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

Poor 2.0
Can we catch break?
After booking my stay I called to ensure the booking was correct and to make a change to a name. The operator for the hotel was rude, had no hospitality whatsoever and left us on hold for an hour and 42 minutes with no return. I called from a different phone during this time and received the same treatment. As well as a 3rd time. Upon arrival we weren’t greeted, valet wasn’t present and the hotel concierge that booked us was vague and rude when it came to the confirmation on our booking. The room was nice, however our bathroom was dirty, the tub had a sheen of black across its floor as if someone had slipped in mud, in the shower. When I asked if some type of supplies could be sent up so that I could attend to the issue myself I received the same rude operator and everlasting hold-time. Breakfast was no better. The person who was restocking and assembling to present coffee and suck wore no gloves and used the no food safety technique to ensure cleanliness. Honestly while beautiful the hotel carried none of the assured amenities and lacked hospitality and cleanliness

Room Dirty
There was mold in the bathroom and hair on the towels and in the bed.

Very good 8.0
An overall good experience!
Our stay was good. The best parts were 1. the comfort of the bed and the bed linens Were so clean and comfortable! 2. The shower was great! Nice and hot and the pressure was perfect! 3. We needed help with the tv and the guy Wayne, I believe that was his name came up immediately and fixed it within minutes! He was professional, helpful, friendly and informative as he was suggesting places to go eat because we were starving! 3. The Asian man behind the bar was so nice too. He was telling me how he has worked there for 28 years and how much he enjoyed it! The two not so good things were under the desk on the floor was a can of deodorant that was left behind and there wasn’t any wash clothes. Other than that our stay was great!

Good 6.0
I stayed one night on the 26th (1709), and there was a blood stain on the sheet and some parts of the condom were found in my son's bed. I called to change the seat because it was so dirty, but I was a little offended by the unkind reception at the counter. Also, I had a twin bed in my room, and I wonder why there was only one cup and one bottle of water.
