Was told that my discount would be applied once I get to hotel because my online booking could not do it and they had not many handicap parking and no continental breakfast, basically nothing to honor their guest for free and prices of Resturant was to expensive after the cost just to stay there was not worth it and we should have been charged a group rate with all my family stayed there to attend a funeral that came out of town for.

Stayed in a double queen room and both beds were uncomfortable, saggy, and old! The room was very old and smelled like cigarette (it was a balcony room so I’m sure people smoke on that). It was as clean as it could be for the age I guess but it wasn’t worth the cost

From the moment I walked into the Hilton everybody was friendly and kind. Every time I needed something they were their professional understanding and everybody always had a smile on their face. The room was beautiful. The balcony was beautiful facing Melbourne and airport. I was there for a funeral and the employees there at Hilton made it a very easy day for me and my children going through a hard time so big up to them because they’re doing a great job. I will definitely stay there again.
