Beautiful view, disappointing service this time
Generally love this hotel but felt the service in both The Cortile and at breakfast was lacking on this occasion - we felt the staff weren’t particularly interested in providing hospitable service. Also, we had booked for a family of 4 but only 3 towels were in our room. A bit disappointing when it took 3 phone calls and one hour to receive a fourth towel. I hope this is was just a brief aberration at what is generally a fabulous hotel.

breakfast is under the expected standard from such hotel. they missed to service the room one day, and when I discussed with the hotel we scheduled a time when we are not in the room and they were suppose to clean the room, but no one came.Beside that, room is spacious and in good condition. The hotel location is great. The valet service is great.

Unfortunately they offer a specific pillow service, but the pillows were not available when we asked. Also our television was not working at all. Other than those two problems, the place was comfy and the staff friendly and helpful.

Big Disappointment
The Service was hit and miss particularly having to wait one hour for two bottles of mineral water on arrival on a scorching hot day. Some of the personnel on the front desk were aloof which made the whole experience a little disappointing. The breakfast selection was limited and not to five star expectations. The gloss has certainly gone off this establishment and it seems they are trading on their location instead of quality of service and customer experience.
