Flawless high standard hotel, relatively new. Highly recommend a room with pool view. The pool area is one of the best I've been to. Close proximity to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our 3-nights stay at W Muscat. The reason we choose this hotel is it's closeness to Royal Opera House and good reviews. We've experienced ourselves a very good service from all the stuff members, especially Joel - the maneger of the front desk, Saddam - the manager at the restaurant and many other people who made our stay fantastic! Also, the amenities and decorations are very modern and appealing. We definitely want to come back one day.

We were surprised with cupcakes, basket of fruits among others. There was a good spread at breakfast. Interesting hotel well located with direct beach access. Good pool for families (shallow for adults). Not busy when we were there so no issues getting spot by pool. Young adults prohibited from signature restaurant which is a shame - hotel happy to bill them as adults but not let them use all the facilities. Not coeliac (gluten free) friendly unfortunealy.
