Schöne Zimmer, frisch gestrichen, tolle Aussicht über die Umgebung und ein überwältigendes Frühstücksangebot. Man kommt ohne die Gebäude zu verlassen zu beiden Theatern und der Gastronomie. Der zum Hotel gehörende Pub ist zu empfehlen, nette und hilfsbereite Bedienungen. Auf das Parkangebot des Hotels kann man verzichten, die regulären Kosten im P1 oder auch P2 der StageTheater sind sind mit einer 24-Stunden-Pauschale von 18 Euro günstiger. Die 25-Euro-Pauschale des Hotels macht nur Sinn, wenn man mehrfach ein- und ausfährt. Was zu Verwirrungen führt ist die in den Tarifen des Parkhausbetreibers geführte Bezeichnung Tagespauschale, der Parkhausbetreiber rechnet aber keine zwei Tagespauschalen ab, wenn die Parkdauer weniger als 24 Stunden beträgt. Insgesamt ein gutes Angebot, wir kommen beim nächsten Musicalaufenthalt gerne wieder!

wir hatten im Zimmer 32,8 Grad und es konnte nichts dagegen unternommen werden. Es gibt nur eine Lüfting, die jedoch nur noch wärmere Luft ins Zimmer geblasen hat. Es sei keine Kühlanlage und schon garkeine Klimaanlage!!! Das Fenster konnte aus sicherheitsgründen nicht geöffnet werden. Es war auch nicht möglich ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, da auch diese nicht kühler seien!! Es war eine absolute Zumutung. Wir waren schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in diesem Hotel - dieses Mal war aber mit Bestimmtheit unser letzter Aufenthalt!! NIE WIEDER

Klimaanlage war kaputt und das Zimmer im Sommer viel zu warm. Fenster aufgelassen - direkt an der zweispurigen B27, also sehr laut. TV hat auch nicht funktioniert. Wahrscheinlich war der Preis deswegen auch recht günstig.

Furchtbare Erfahrung. Es hatte im Zimmer gefühlt 100 Grad, nachts keine Möglichkeit zu schlafen. Keine Klimaanlage, das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein, da ein Mini Ventilator (der bei diesem Problem eher wie ein Umluftbackofen funktioniert dann) im Zimmer steht. Insgesamt ein sehr ernüchternder Aufenthalt, verstehe nicht, warum man nicht einfach die anderen Zimmer dann vergibt, wenn das Problem bekannt ist.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt katastrophal!!! Wir hatten 2 Zimmer (wg. Kind) gebucht. Vorab kam die Bestätigung, dass die Zimmer auf alle Fälle nebeneinander liegen. Beim Check-In wusste man von nichts. Die Dame an der Rezeption war leider auch nicht freundlich. 1. Zimmerwechsel. Als wir die Zimmertüren öffneten, erschlug uns die heiße Luft. Die Zimmer hatten keine Klima und eine Zimmertemperatur von 32,3 Grad. Horror. Ein erneuter Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da die Dame sagte, es liegen keine freien Zimmer mehr nebeneinander, zudem weist kein Zimmer eine funktionierende Klima auf. Wir mussten leider in den Zimmern bleiben. In den Zimmern konnte man das Licht auch nicht ausschalten. Was natürlich nachts ein Problem ist. Kein Lichtschalter funktionierte. Tote Motte auf dem Tisch. Wir werden nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.... leider nicht zu empfehlen...

Am Empfang hat man sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Zimmer hatte 31 Grad Klimaanlage sei im Service ( seit Anfang Mai)? Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Frühstücksbüffet wsr gut un dort die Bedienung freundlich. Trotzdem werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Wir waren 6 Personen und alle sind dieser Meinung.
