Good and bad
Stayed at the hotel for a week March 2022. The rooms we had were really nice and authentic Thailand. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were always available to answer any questions and the restaurant staff especially Kent, Mim and Honey were very helpful too. The swimming pool is large but unfortunately not very clean we had to ask reception if they could get it cleaned which they did but it was just a pity we had to ask and it wasn’t much cleaner after the cleaners had departed. The hotel is very remote and the cost of a taxi if you wanted to go say into Phuket town was quite expensive and added up if you wanted some kind of entertainment at night.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a chance to relax and unwind. The room and outdoor area including the private pool were beautiful and exactly as we expected. The Thai style was a nice touch. The staff were friendly. Watching the sunset from the beach was an amazing experience as it was very private and only a few people close by. Would definitely recommend stopping by a Seven Eleven on your way to the hotel as we did to buy snacks, water etc as there is nothing close by. Would recommend buying beer down the street from the small roadside restaurant as beer was 60 Thai Baht for a small bottle compared to the high price in the minibar. Very limited options for food nearby. Due to this, we decided to eat at the hotel. We were both very disappointed with the food. We would take off 1-1.5 stars for this. The quality of food was below average and the options on the restaurant menu were very limited and not up to par for a hotel of this caliber. It was obvious that the food was not all fresh. It's one thing if the price matches the quality of food being offered. However, in this case; the food was below average and the prices were astronomical for what was offered. The free breakfast was also very average compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand that were much much cheaper. Besides the quality of the food, everything else was exceptional and we both enjoyed our time here.

Herrliches Weekend ohne Stress
Wir hatten uns während unseres 2-tägigen Aufenthalts rundum wohl gefühlt. Die grossen Zimmer in den Villas sowie die privaten Pools waren sehr angenehm und trugen viel zu unserem Wohlergehen bei. Der kurze Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Anlage zum Restaurant, zum grossen Pool sowie zum Strand war stets abwechslungsreich. Immer gab es was zu sehen. Sämtliche Angestellten, denen wir begegnet sind, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hatte uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel erschien uns überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Einzige das mich etwas gestört hatte, waren die Tablets zur Bestellung des Menüs. Ich bin für so etwas vielleicht schon etwas zu alt 🤔. Ich hätte hier herkömmliche Menükarten und die persönliche Entgegennahme der Bestellung bevorzugt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurück.

Fantastic service and luxury pool villa.
I had a fantastic stay. However due to covid a lot of the hotel was shut down (like shop and library) and it wasn't possible to book any tours. Language was a bit difficult as only a few staff members spoke fluent English. I had hoped for a better breakfast which I found quite limited with the same items every day. No difference in types of fruits or juices which were a bit monotonous over 6 days. Sourroundings and room were perfect and the service level top of the line.
