Lovely big family room, and a wonderful array of food in the breakfast room, which was available to us 24/7 - very welcome as we arrived late in the evening past a civikised meal time! Really friendly host, and excellent location. We were sorry not to be staying longer.

The property and proprietors were very good and it is excellently located in central Pisa. What was disappointing and indeed completely unacceptable was Expedia's failure to communicate adequately with the proprietors in order to arrange our check-in. This was essential because in this small b&b the reception is not constantly manned.

Great Location
Initial communication was tricky to get to owner, but once with HomeAway this was sorted we had the best stay. Location was amazing and property manager, Christian, was great.

Buona la posizione, grande la camera ma il bagno era maleodorante, perché l'areazione non funzionava. In oltre il frigo in camera era rumoroso e la notte risultava fastidioso. Colazione in bar piccino del posto con scelta limitate per chi ha intolleranze. Attenzione si paga 10€ al giorno per ztl auto, non comprese nel prezzo della camera.

Ottima struttura in centro a Pisa (ci hanno fornito il codice per il permesso per accedere/sostare nella ZTL), pulita e fornita di ogni confort. A causa del Covid 19 la colazione viene servita al bar sottostante. Malgrado la zona centrale, di notte è tranquillo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliata.

Good B&B right in the center of Pisa!
Nice B&B with very friendly host. The place is a large apartment with multiple rooms that share a spacious kitchen. Breakfast is provided and typical Italian. Only drawback is that heating is only via the air-conditioning unit, which is rather a noise solution for the night.
