Southern charm
Needed a accessible room. It was quiet and safe. The lady at the front desk was a true professional. Coming from NY, it was a pleasure to see someone with a positive attitude willing to go that extra mile.

Rough two nights at bad hotel
Trainwreck... Rooms were remodeled (at least half way), but the first night our room had multiple problems... 1) bed was super old, soft, and two people rolled together to the sunken middle... AC was too hot, then too cold ... this room was an End unit and had a window on a super loud street... NO hot water in the shower was the straw that broken the back! We asked to be moved to another room the 2nd day, but the woman at front desk that morning was rude and offended and said No... A few bright spots were the location and a couple of employees who were very good.

Ruddiest a..hole at front desk
When i booked i requested to be as possible the room preferably should be closer to the elevator due to medical necessity/ needs.THAT NEVER HAPPENED.The front desk put me at room towards the end of the hall. HOW RUDE IS THAT? Bitch!! Not even a pinch of consideration. To avoid trouble i just suck it up. Was noticed few of the crew are bluntly rude in your face! We’ll i think thats how people from Baltimore are?? Just sayin’ Ill avoid this hotel as possible. Might be better in some other hotels nearby.

Leaking Roof, Dirty Room, I left early
First let's talk about the positives: The staff. Let's be clear - nothing wrong with the customer-facing staff. If anything the staff was the only good thing about my stay. The front desk staff and the maintenance guy were very professional and did an A+ job considering that everything that went wrong was completely not in their control. The Bad - Let's work from the outside in: Inside my room the bathtub was dirty, there was trash from the previous person who had been in the room, a used K-cup in the coffee maker, the and the clock was set 3 hours off to the wrong time. I can't make this up, but when I picked the clock up to change the time it was STICKY... fantastic first night. The second night I stayed a big thunderstorm rolled through. I had just brought in and unpacked my dinner when water started leaking through the ceiling near the window. I contemplated eating my dinner first before calling down to let the front desk know, but there was a knock at my door: The maintenance guy came up mistaking my room for someone else who had also called about the ceiling leaking in THEIR room. The maintenance guy was very professional and did the absolute best he could but couldn't contain the leak completely without getting us out of the rooms, which he graciously did (even got the keys to the new rooms for us). So needless to say I'm sitting here on night #2 with a cold dinner typing up this review instead of enjoying the rest of my stay - which will end tomorrow morning.
