All round disappointing
Overall, this was disappointing. From finding a blue pill in the room (ectasy, viagra or something else - it was phenergen), to mould in the bathroom, to hair through the bathtub, to a minimally functioning shower in one of our rooms. This was way overpriced for what was on offer. Rooms on the ground floor are especially noisy with the ability of people to walk along the rooms talking loudly and for road noise.

Good little hotel, but a little out of the way.
Nice people, but an older hotel pretty remote from most things. Breakfast was separately priced, and surely not worth it. But if you love gardens, the park next door was great!

Poor Cleanliness Standards
Unfortunately, first impressions not good as our room was occupied by another guest, although sorted out swiftly. In the room, we found the gd cover had a stain which looked like dried blood or congealed fat and ketchup from a previous guests meal. Furthermore, the milk that had been provided had already been opened - looks like sloppy housekeeping. On the positive side, beds were comfortable and the breakfast (,included in our booking) was good. However, it is not a property that we will be keen to return to.

Nice hotel, nice stay
This hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the downtown ( ca.30 min). The room is a bit small for 2 people but very clean. The balcony is a plus as you dont need to turn AC on at night. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended. Overall was a very nice stay for the reasonable price.

Give this hotel a miss
Toilet and shower area had a number of dirty tiles. Shower head broke off from support during a shower. Towels were not changed for two days despite us reporting it. Staff seemed uninterested in our complaints.
