Staff was super helpful and kind. Location was very convenient for our plans in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Glenwood Springs. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for all four of us girls to get ready each day without being on top of each other to do so. The only real downsides were the heavy scent (most likely some cleaning agent) upon immediately walking into the hallways, and the fact that the bathroom and laundry room were both incredibly humid due to a lack of proper ventilation.

Ernie saved the day for us!
We messed up when making our reservation and booked it for two weeks out from the date we were checking in. When we showed up to the front desk and our reservation couldn't be found, we realized what had happened. Ernie was so helpful and patient with us, and helped us get Expedia to change our reservation with no penalty. The rooms are clean and newer, and the fresh ground coffee available in the lobby was really good. A great stay after our major faux pas.
