Spine crushing mattresses
This was a nice hotel with a great Staff and a great location. I have 2 complaints, however. The first complaint is how loud the sliding balcony doors are and how the noise travels. It sounded like moving furniture the entire time i was there. Number 2 - the beds and the back pain im suffering from. This was the worst bed i ever slept on. In fact it was so spine crushingly bad that i took off all the sheets just to see what type of mattress it was. A stearns and foster luxury firm. 2 days later i need a back adjustment. Other than that, the hotel Was lovely and the staff was greqt

Not a typical Marriott stay experience
When we checked in, we asked for one cleaning during our 4 night stay. We did ask that the toiletries, water and coffee supplies be refilled daily. We never got our cleaning despite calling a second time to request it. We had to call daily to ask for the toiletries and water and coffee to be refilled. The windows and the balcony glass was filthy and was never cleaned during our stay. The balcony was unusable due to the loud air conditioners. The front desk employees and wait staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly!
