Clean, comfy cosy
Hotel check in was smooth. Initial room had problems with noisy pipes. We were then moved. We were also in ground floor which is a preference, however, you can hear every footstep in the rooms above you. Clean, cosy, and comfy.

Lovely hotel in Laguna Beach
We were looking for a place to stay in at Orange County and stumbled upon this beauty. Love that there are parking spaces (as I can imagine everyone drove in this part of the country). We went during winter but Im sure this place would have been more amazing during the warmer parts of the year. The rooms are spacious and the renovations made it more modern (which is the problem we encountered when we were looking for a place to stay in SoCal). Check in and check out was a breeze too. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again when were here.

Great renovation and good location.
We stayed here before renovation a few years ago and can appreciate the beautiful update. The beach decor is stunning, clean and crisp white with a real beach vibe. Comfortable and clean rooms and amenities and a pool and jacuzzi. We stayed 6 nights in all, and although there were a few little isssues during our stay they were attended to swiftly by Katie and to our satisfaction. Her helpfulness was fantastic. The location is great, only a short pleasant walk to Laguna main shops and restaurants and some beautiful beaches nearby. Sunset roof top drinks at the sister property was a nice touch too, We will definitely stay here again next year.

Really nice but with suggestions….
Everything was great about our stay with the exception of serving wine out of plastic cups. It’s time to forget Covid and go back to serving wine as it should be served out of nice glasses. It’s tacky to serve out of plastic. Same for the water glasses. We are creating too much plastic landfill. Also the hot tub was not hot. It needs to be the maximum allowed.

Nice hotel....too many fees!
The location was good and overall we really liked the room and hotel...with one exception....TOO MANY fees that weren't clearly disclosed. We were only there one night and were charged $100 for having a pet, $25 to park in their private garage and $25 for cost sharing of amenities! So with tax we paid $167 more for one night above and beyond the room fee and tax which was already high. We were unpleasantly shocked at these additional costs. Those aren't the kind of surprises you want when traveling. :-(.

Great place to stay
Laguna Beach House was lovely, the room was clean & well put together, they provide shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms along with other amenities, they provided beach chairs & towels for the beach , the staff was always friendly & helpful. Great location to shops , restaurants & the beach. We loved it & will return.
