    Hotel is perfectly placed - so close to Bourbon Street but not with the noice nor crowds. Has its own feel with good bands and a cosy bar. Rooms are very good and ticked all the boxes. Defintely recommend

    Service in the restaurant is sooo slow and some of the food is poor I got the toast and fruit cup which the fruit cup came with strawberries that were cut into 3small slices and the rest was Honey Dew and rockmelon, where is the grapes? Or some watermelon ? Went for dinner at 8pm but they had it closed off as they were not taking anymore walk ins which there was plenty of seating still available. Before asked front desk if they knew why it was closed “he said I got no idea you have to go ask them your self” so we had to stand their awkwardly trying to get a staff attention to ask. If you work front desk maybe go ask them? Much quicker and easy for you to talk to other staff in your hotel. Wasn’t busy, just lazy

    Great option for your New Orleans stay.
    We had a great stay here. The check in was quick and haste free. We got a king room which was large and had a view of the pool which was nice. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only negative was that the shower pressure was lacking quite a bit. Small issue I know but it was something that did annoy. Staff were excellently and the area was great within walking distance to bourbon street and all the fun. I would definitely recommend.

    The hotel was in good location for walking the French quarter. However Bourbon st is a complete mess at the moment. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful however the valet parking staff were never around. Our room was large however the bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt, the towels were not very nice or clean. Unfortunately our room was overlooking the courtyard and on both nights there was loud music which made it hard to get kids to sleep as the music vibrated our room. I think they were weddings, it just would have been nice to put the people with children on the other side ?

    Horrible first time experience
    Non smoking hotel but my room had a heavy smell of cigarettes. Bathroom was filthy with stains in the tub on the mirrors and toilet had toilet paper in it before I even used. Other guests were fighting and arguing on my floor. Babies crying all night. Heard a dog barking for straight 30 minutes. An example of the type of service you’d expect: I woke up to an extremely strong smell of cigarettes coming though the vents or hallway. I contacted the from desk about it. He assured me that there’s no smoking. I told him “I smell it. And what will you guys do to accommodate.” He says “What you want me to do knock on people’s doors at 3am in the morning”. There’s ways to handle this. Possible a free stay for a future time. Discounted rate for my stay. Discounted rate for the $50 overnight parking. I’m not sure because I I’m in the hotel business but the way he handled it over the phone was subpar. I just got back Home this morning and I will contact the hotel directly for resolve.

    I really enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn Chateau Lemoyne. Great location - in the hub of French quarter and around lots of good restaurants. Front desk was nice and attentive. Check in/out was a piece of cake. I just wish I hadn’t seen a big cockroach in my room my very last day there and had to kill it myself; but it was an enjoyable stay overall.

    The hotel has seen better days. The rooms were average. A bit disappointed the pool was closed for Covid-19 and this was not communicated to us prior to arrival. Staff was not helpful as well for late checkout, even though they were not even close to booked. Overall, just average at best place

    Front Desk Manager, Hope, is AWFUL.
    Booked this hotel for a fourth of July stay. Booked a double queen room for myself, husband and 10 year old - rooms are in fact double beds. Room key continually and constantly deactivated. We had to be re-keyed at least a dozen times over our 3 night stay. Hope the "Front Desk Manager" is unfit for her position. When I inquired as to how to fix the room key issue - she re-keyed our room several times, so she was aware of the frequency of the issue - she rolled her eyes at me and asked me , "why I was personally attacking her." She then continued to tell me I could not keep my key in my wallet, my pocket, near my phone or touch it after I use hand sanitizer. Holiday Inn can you please let me know the best place to keep my key while traveling during a pandemic?? I then asked her multiple times to give me a key as my son was waiting to use the restroom upstairs, while she chose to speak over me about how its not her fault and how I attacked her. Staff is rude, often times not in masks when speaking with guests. Bedrooms are not as advertised. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.
