Great Value for Clean Comfortable Room
Am really happy that we chose the Holiday Inn Airport Portland for our weekend trip. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff let us check in early at noon, and the room had plenty of the normal amenities- ie, fridge, microwave, coffee, toiletries etc. Ample parking spaces, and getting in and out of the facility was easy. Proximity to the airport made it super easy for us to catch our 6am flight. And, convenient stores, gas stations, and eateries are all nearby. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Tiffany checked us in so cheerfully. Explained how the shuttle worked. The wakeup call (at 4:45 a.m.) was right on time. Bed was very comfortable. Room was smallish. No blackout curtains, not a major problem.

Great service
We were put into a room that had work being done in the bathroom and was not completed. Although this was an inconvenience they apologized profusely and moved us to a better room and helped us move all our stuff. The room we ended up with was very nice and the service was great. We really enjoyed the indoor pool with our granddaughter!

Cost to value just average for me.
I made the mistake of thinking this was closer to the airport. The front desk staff were nice, it was clean and the room was good. My issue was that it is not really that close to restaurants and their after hours options were meager. Because of this, it was not a good value for me.
