Hard beds other then that nice

excelente servicio en cuanto a la cocina el servicio de cuartos las recamaras muy serviciales, a pesar que estaba en reparation todo estaba excelente. la ubicación es muy buena

Las sábanas lucian muy deterioradas, el refrigerador estaba oxidado. En cuanto al servicio todos muy amables, la vista de mi cuarto y de la alberca estaba muy bonita.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dont care about the guests. Also, the expedia website never stated that the hotel was literally falling apart and that they were remodeling the roof, so part of the hotel lobby was close and the everything else was rotting. It is definitely not what you see in pictures they're fooling people! Then our last night there at 11pm the fire alarm goes on at the 4th floor and everyone there exists it and heads down stairs just for the cleaning staff to tell us that it usually happens when it is humid which makes no sense. The cleaning staff's and the restaurant staff's were all very friendly and helpful but other than that this hotel is a scam, save your money!!!

You get a good view from and ovean view room or when outside. Though, we got a second floor ocean view room which was not good enough because it was too low and trees were blocking the view. Room had stains on the sealing, pillow dirty, or stained. We were only allowed one towel per day. Toilet paper; we had to keep calling the front to request for more because only one was left in the room per day. We ate at the restaurant and the fork was rusted/old. The hotel is centered in an okay area but it is an older hotel that needs alot of repairs. The pools are nice. Most staff that we encountered was pleasant. I guess you pay for what you get. I would not stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great, and room clean, however they need to fix the elevator almost got stuck but other than that good.

Hotel was a good price and the room was clean. The ocean view was amazing. The only problems were the shower had very low water pressure and it took forever to take a shower. When selecting a room my options were 2 full size beds or a single queen size bed. Since I am 6’2 I choose the queen. When I went in the room it was 1 full size bed. I was too tired to complain so just accepted it. My feet hung off the edge of the bed and the bed was as hard as a rock. I got better sleep on the plane ride. I should of gotten the 2 full size beds and pushed them together. Other than that the pool was nice with the swim up bar and the location of the property was conveniently located.
