Beautiful appartment, convenient location. Kind and friendly manager, Rupesh. Apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It would even be better with a refurbishment, but it has everything needed. The terraces/rooftop with spa and swimming pool is amazing. Thank you for great service.

Roof top pool and spa , central location was good., plenty of towels and bedding all good. the unit was dated as in old so having a toddler there was hard as lots of glass and sharp edges, dead cockroach in the fridge, TV wouldnt work. overall good however would suggest not for small children

I didn’t know this was a private apartment within Oaks Hotel, therefore we can not leave our luggage’s at the reception after check out, so need to prepare to take your luggage with you if leaving Sydney in the later time. Overall apartment is clean and convenient to many good and shopping within 10 mins walk and 5 mins to train station

I would give this property no stars if I could. Absolutely Terrible and I’m still in constant shock from the near death experience from my 8 yr old son who almost fell to his death from the balcony. It’s being reported to appropriate authorities so if you have kids DO NOT let them out on the balcony as they can climb up.
