Nice Beachfront Location
Great spot right on the beach. Nice pool and bar area with better than average bar bites and food. Oceanfront room does come with daily entertainment until 10 pm so if you turn in early and are a light sleeper, consider a resort view room instead of oceanfront. I only gave service 3 stars because on the first day we returned to find the door to our room ajar. It required a tug to get it to lock, which housekeeping did not do. After that we elected to skip the daily service (which was still limited to trash and towel exchange due to COVID) and take care of it ourselves. The only single thing I asked for was an extra blanket, which never arrived so that is the reason for the service rating.

Great location, right on the beach. But this hotel has seen better days. Very crowded with spring break crowd - great place for families. Room wasn't sanitized.

The cleanliness was on point but the overall price for the hotel was 👎 ! I don’t feel it was worth that for one night I’ve seen better for a cheaper price. Than they had a band playing at Saturday night until 10pm and couldn’t really get a nap in or rest !

The amenities are wonderful, the pool and beach access is great. However the room a/c was constantly running and did not smell great. We asked for our beds to be changed and housekeeping only came in and took out the trash, nothing else. There were stains on the shower curtain and overall cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. Also, the service at the Porch restaurant by the pool was hit or miss. Some staff were wonderful and others were not. I would still come back again because of the pool/beach and live music. Loved the fire pits with s’more kits and the area of Hilton Head has so much to do!

Mattress was saggy and soft. In room coffee maker did not work. Housekeeping cleaned bathroom, but did not make bed. Would not recommend or stay here again. One saving grace was the internet was down upon checkin and I was gifted a feee appetizer in the restaurant for the inconvenience.

Good location
Really enjoyed the stay, although it was cold, so the live music was canceled, which is the whole reason we booked the room at this hotel. Maybe next time. Location was great, we walked to restaurants and home town shopping area.

Unusually Large Room Numbers Painted on Walls
View was great, but the hotel and the rooms were dark and dated. They tried the beach theme, but fell flat. The hallways were dark and had extremely large room numbers painted on the wall. I’d imagine that’s what prison cells would look like, not a beach resort. Also, I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet or seat me, but only the bartender pretended to be busy. There were 2 other couples in the dining room so wasn’t that busy. I’d recommend staying at other hotels.
