Generator air-condition room.
The air-condition in room 607 was very loud and noisy like a home generator. The bed linen was not comfortable. This room should not be rented out at all. We got another room the next day and I killed a big bloody bug on the bed. A very unpleasant stay at this Travelodge by Wyndham hotel and convention center in Quebec.

We are told that we must pay for our 3 days/2 nights stay because according to their system, we are not yet paid where in fact, we paid it thru our cr card and we showed the receipt that we paid already, made us wait after our long hrs of traveling. I have to email again to them showing all the proofs of our payment, and they confirm the payment. Upon our check out, they inform us again that we have to settle our bills for our stay…. Another time consuming of explaining and showing again of the receipts and proofs of the payment, until they told us that, according to them, their system is not updated. We used the booking online to avoid hassles and stress only to know upon arriving that these things will give us the said hassles and stress, not mentioning the wrong room reservation they’vegiven us but we didn’t mind that because we were so tired and sleepy to argue with them. So sad…
