The hotel is going under some driveway repairs so it was somewhat difficult to access the front lobby. The hallway on the 5th floor was very dirty. Our room's air control didn't have a fully on option so it got stuffy in there and didn't provide the white noise I enjoy while sleeping. The bathroom could have been cleaned better and the towels are very thin. Free wi-fi wasn't available either. The plus side is free parking and across street from the mall. Would not recommend staying more than 2 nights.

The lobby when you walk in gives the appearance the hotel is nice but when you get to your floor there will be trash/ dirt all over the hallway met with the smell of marjijuana as soon as you step off of the elevator. Walls are super thin so you hear everything in the hallways, including doors slamming. There was a problem with our bed size (we booked a king and we were given a queen) and the refrigerator made noises all night. Had there not been an ice storm outside we would have left. Attempted to tell the hotel staff when checking out but they just stated I was all set and sent me on my way. Reached out to hotels.com to see if anything could be done and the hotel pretty much said oh well. I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here

We stayed for 2 nights and spent our Christmas in this hotel. I booked a 2 queen bed room, so far it was ok. The first room we got the a/c wasn't working so we had to move to the next room. Sheets had stains on them but the beds were comfy overall. There isn't any microwave in the room, just a fridge and coffeemaker. We had to heat our food in the lobby microwave and there was no ice in the ice machine in the 3rd floor. I guess it was still a good thing that there weren't a lot of people checked-in which made it a nice, quiet staycation with my family.

I expected better given the ratings but the carpet floors were visibly dirty. The bed sheets and towels appeared old and were clearly stained. The gym was closed even though it was marked as available. We also paid more for breakfast but it only included a sandwich and nutribar. We stayed here because the COVID guidelines were better compared to most other hotels but we wouldn't stay here again because of the condition. The staff was friendly, however.
