Not recommend if using the metro
Accidentally booked this not realizing how far it is. It’s past the last stop of the Dubai metro and quite a pain to get to and from. The shuttles they offer run infrequently (only 1-3 a day). The room itself was fine. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite good value. If you happen to be renting a car this might be a great hotel for you. If you are using public transit you should reconsider.

At first thanks to the receptionist who helped us to check in earlier since we have a child. Hotel was totaly clean. they serve pop corn and face painting so my kid enjoyed. For families i should say they they have large pharmacy machine for kids.so you can reach painkillers or vitamins any time od the day. Also there is a market on the ground floor.

Fabulous venue. However didn’t realise (being from NZ) it is on the very edge of Dubai, 40 minutes drive to most activities (not the theme park). Service, hosts, room, space, food amazing. Just the location was difficult if you don’t have a car.
