Mediocre at best…
Stayed so my kids could swim WHENEVER but you have time slots to use it, craziness.. I have never seen a hotel do that.. door to room doesn’t lock properly and they said they’ll have it fixed after we leave but who cares in the meantime…

Everything was fine with our trip and stay. Until Sunday morning when there were kids playing hockey outside our room and elevator. It was super noisy and loud. They had shoe and hockey sticks all over the hallway. We checked out of our room early cause it was so loud and disruptive.

It was ok.
I really don't like giving bad reviews but I was kind of disappointed with our room, especially for the price. There aren't a lot of choices in Auburn so we booked this on the spur of the moment because of my father's funeral. The room was spacious but it was dark, very poor lighting, the a/c didn't work right, the shower head was literally rigged up with a rubber band, and the wall paper was coming off the wall. Then there's the little things you just expect like a pen and paper or even a tv channel guide, were absent. I had to fill out paperwork and give them my driver's license to hold just so my grandson could use the pool. There's no vending machines either. You have to go to the front desk to a vending "area" and pay at the front desk for the things you want. There is a nice assortment of things to choose from, including frozen items for your microwave. The beds were really comfortable and we had an overall nice stay. I think the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all REALLY nice. Exceptional group of people working here. Thank you.

Disappointed in Booking
All in all the hotel is acceptable. My frustration with my stay is related to how the room information was portrayed on this site. I booked a 2 bedroom suite. When I checked in, they offered a two room suite with a foldout couch. They said there were no 2 bedroom suites regardless of what hotels.com said. So either the hotel or hotels.com misrepresented the booking and I ended up having to buy another room.
