- While our guests are free to explore the Kingsmill resort grounds, including the riverfront area and walking trails, we do not offer Kingsmill resort amenity access. Access to Kingsmill resort amenities is restricted to (1) guests who book through the resort and (2) Kingsmill members and their guests. VRBO owners are not able to offer resort access!! Any owner who promises this is misleading you.

- Small pets (under 30 pounds) allowed. Pets must be neutered and house-trained, and are not to be left unattended in the condo.
