Staff actually saw me in line waiting for check-in and took the person behind me. Hotel room was clean, but grounds and common areas were so-so. Asked for tv remote batteries more than once and never got them. Great location if you are going to Royal Farms Arena or Inner Harbor.

Very disappointed when I checked in they given the number room 725 when I checked out Iwas in an other they charge 150 dollar deposit and they charged me for the parking space $30 when you mention it was parking free

Great Stay!
I would definitely recommend this property!!! Front desk staff was friendly and check in process went quickly. I like the convenience of the parking garage & location being so close to the Royal Farms Arena. There were so many businesses and landmarks in walking distance. Also loved that they had security out front at night.

My stay was great. Usually can't get comfortable in someone elses bed. Once i laid down was so comfortable i went sound to sleep. Only problem was they said they would email me a receipt and they never did. Now i have no receipt to claim my expense with.
