disappointing
Booked a king and got 2 queens. Asked receptionist and said no king available. Did not tell until we saw the room. I am skeptical because not very many people there. Bar open with reduced hours. Bartender very accommodating.

Rude staff
Called staff multiple times about an early check in staff first time the gentleman who answered was very nice and told me to call back on day of check in an hour before I arrived. Second person put me on hold for ten minutes then hung up on me and third person was extremely rude and short with me. Room overall was okay aside from the goldfish cracker ground into the floor. The respect for other guests was none existent. There were drunk loud guests that work me up multiple times throughout the night with there yelling pounding on walls etc. When front desk was informed they stated there was nothing they could do about it. it was not a relaxing place to sleep. Will not be going back.

Not sure if it is normal or not, but all of the trash bins in our room didn’t have any trash bags; my partner kept telling me that some places are just like that, but I was still skeptical. Besides that, our stay was fine. Staff was very nice.
