The staff were great, our house keeper was wonderful and attentive. Sadie the bartender in the casino was awesome. She has a really good idea about making CWS shirts with Harah’s logo on it that should be talked about. That would be great advertising and people would love to have them.

Staff is nice. Casino is gorgeous. Great food. Property is nice. Parking was wonderful. The room had a very nice tv but other than that it was ultimately disgusting. The caulk was black in the tub. One of the lights had a bad bulb. The curtains had a missing clip. The toilet and floor had long brunette strands of hair. The sink was slow to drain and the surfaces had dirt and finger prints. And there was a faint cigarette smell. I believe they are remodeling and if that is true that room needs a serious overhaul.

We only booked Harrah's for the nice hotel room. We did not enter the casino. The hotel room we had was amazing---clean and comfortable. We slept well and it was nice that there were two restaurants on site (one very expensive and one not so expensive). We enjoyed the food in the restaurant in which we ate. We only have one caution. The bathtub and the tile in the bathtub were extremely slippery and felt quite dangerous. I was glad ther was a grab bar in the shower. It might be a good idea to provide a mat in the tub to prevent slipping.
