At Home in Minneapolis
The apartment was large, clean and well-equipped. No services are provided, hence the neutral rating. You check yourself in and no keys are required. There is a number if needed. I had a wall of windows that allowed for plenty of light. There is the Wedge market next door for food and morning coffee. It was well below zero, so not a lot of walking, but the neighborhood had restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and I would stay again.

The property itself is very nice. The furnishings are brand-spanking new. Think "living in an Ikea showroom" and you get the idea. If one is interested in a kitchen that you can cook in, it appears that this room has that. But even for just a few night's stay when you're not actually cooking, the silverware, cups, full-sized coffee maker, etc. are nice. It's also nice to have a washer/dryer in your "room". This is definitely a place I'd choose if my stay were more than 2 days...much more comfortable - and economical - than a conventional hotel room. The location is OK. The neighborhood this Sonder is in seems to be up and coming revitalized. There's a large food coop next door (it's a former Whole Foods and seems to be very much a WF clone w/o the Amazonians), and a very comfortable dive bar at the corner. There don't seem to be many restaurants within easy walking distance, which is a down-side. Another down-side is that it's not exactly in downtown. Rideshare costs about $8 to get into Minneapolis center. You could walk (it's about 1 - 1.5 miles) if the weather is good. Otherwise, I think the city bus stops right at the corner. All in all though, my experience at this Sonder will make me look for them in other cities...especially when my stay is more than a couple of nights.

Great Accommodation!
The apartment is in pristine condition. I went for a short trip to Minnesota and took my 2 granddaughters. There was ample accommodation and the apartment is centrally located. It is clean and in a safe area, with a convenient store right next door to purchase staples. I couldn't have done any better!
