Last of the affordable hotels ON the beach. Not the fanciest or best kept property, but if you just need a place to sleep between your days on the beach, this is a great choice.

We'll be back!

We head to Cocoa Beach twice a year. We enjoy the atmosphere and like to try different eateries. The Palms is a convenient hotel and reasonably priced. Nice pool, live music and good food.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly. The rooms are clean but they need an update. The surrounding of the hotel need work. This hotel has a perfect location with access to the beach and the pool area is very nice. They need to clean up the surrounding of the hotel and parking lot. Could use some exterior paint.

Food / some garbage on ground In front of room doors, In my room the shower/bathtub was not cleaned from precious guest there was beach sand in the tub. Super friendly and helpful staff. The property should be shut down. The rooms were disgusting - flickering lights, dripping taps, peeling paint, plastic knives and old hair gripes in the drawers, mouldy curtains. I am sure this was once a fun family resort with kids pool, tennis, volleyball on beach location. But don't believe the photos, they are from better times.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.

The lobby was not air conditioned. The room smelled musty. The bathroom faucets were disconnected from the wall. The bathtub drained very slowly, so much so that the tub filled within moments of turning on the shower.

Our room had no phone to call the front desk, our curtains didn’t close all the way, the door had a huge gap (no threshold), ants on the sink counter, sink had a constant drip. -5 Star Motel

The Motel is run down. Avoid staying here at all costs. The kids pool is permanently closed. Oceanfront room 700 is disgusting. Extremely uncomfortable bathroom was nasty paint falling from the ceiling nasty floors broken toilet. Old worn out furniture everything was outdated. House keeping is not available do to there health reasons. Overall terrible experience first and last time here.
