The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and we were surprised that by having a balcony room overlooking the pool how quiet it was. As it is a very busy hotel I must commend the staff looking after the complimentary breakfast area, they kept ontop of ensuring food was readily available. It was disappointing that the hot tub was out of service.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. The pool area was a particular draw and did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was a little lackluster. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would come again.

Pretty good stay. Poolside room was really good for the kids. Pool area is huge. Rooms weren't in great shape, but ok. Ice machine was broken. Had to find one on the opposite side of the hotel. Had to pay for parking. Bagels and cereal for breakfast. Walking distance to mall of america.
