6/10 Good

Our stay was good. The staff was very helpful and we do plan on returning. Our only critique is the accessible room had a walk in type shower but when using the shower, it flooded the bathroom. Also, the last shuttle pickup for Disneyland is the exact same time it closes therefore, you can't close the park or you miss your shuttle. The last shuttle pickup should at least be 1/2 hour after closing so we can get a full day money's worth at Disney. (Rope drop to close)

This hotel was amazing! Staff, facilities and atmosphere was great! Clean also. We had to leave early due to my child getting an ear infection but the hotel helped me and adjusted my stay and didn’t charge me. The hotel breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and generous! Only thing I thought was weird was the pool is very deep! The shallow end is small and a weird shape but we made it work. I have one kid who’s still learning to swim. Nothing bad just a note to parents to bring floaties.

10/10 Exceptional

Wonderful stay! Comfortable beds, hot tub was relaxing, staff was helpful and kind. The only thing I can say I was disappointed is when we asked the front desk about restaurants that were nearby where our families who walked to they mentioned the restaurant in their hotel. However, when we did go down to try and eat at 4 PM. It was closed so we ended up having to walk to another restaurant down the street. Maybe the staff shouldn’t offer or push the restaurant if it’s not even open other than that everything else was great.
