Awesome staff, AMAZING breakfasts, a really comfortable and quiet room. Lots of stuff going on in the hotel for the benefit of guests - we were very well looked after!

A little warning about the impending Hill up to the hotel on an icy day from the railway station would have been appreciated, but once there really liked the grounds and surrounding views,. Was met by a friendly and helpful reception team, although we would have benefitted from a small area explaining surrounding tours sights and activities.

Beautiful hotel. A ways away from restaurants, etc. Long walk downhill and steep walk back up or 110.00 K taxi ride one way From the ads we thought there was a restaurant on site for meals. It was only open for breakfast and a bar at night. We were disappointed we couldnt have lunch there after walking around the upper level of town near the Olympic sites.

It was ok stay, near old town but me and my husband did not slept well, bed is a bit hard & there was a problem with the room card, did not work for 3 times.. We have to go to the reception to have new card....
