Bed needs to be replaced
Service and employees were great! The lobby beautiful. The room in desperate need of a makeover. The furniture was old and broken. Tv dated. I could overlook that but our bed was the deal breaker. It needs to be replaced. There was a sinking in the middle so it was uncomfortable to share the bed with my husband. Hopefully you refurbish the rooms sooner than later.

Good location and staff, parking sucks.
The location is amazing and the hotel lobby and restaurants are nicely decorated. The room decor gets a bit dated compared to the lobby. The only negative is you have to pay for parking. Which was annoying for me to be honest. Other than that breakfast buffet was great and all the staff was delightful and charming.

My stay in general was okay. But there is a sense of lack customer care and commitment to customers. It seems that they are only focused on moving customer to customer due to the location. We feel they are only focused on moving customers as quick as they can. They do not care much their elite members need.

Hotel OK Murphy bed in room NOT OK
Staff was great, common areas great, bar nice. However, for a $268/nt room, we were assigned a room with a Murphy bed. A sofa bed basically. Horrible. Food/trash under dresser. Carpet wet from leaking air conditioner. Beware of room selection.

A Great Visit
We picked this hotel because of it location to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.We attended the first ever concert at Camden Yards (Billy Joel) and it was great as was the entire staff and hotel personnel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food quality and price was very good especially for a hotel. Camden Yards, the Baltimore Convention Center, the Royal Farms Arena and M & T Bank Stadium are within walking distance of the hotel (which is GREAT!). There are all types of places to eat within walking distance, but if you want to venture out a little farther the Concierge can provide assistance.Overall it was a great trip and place to spend time.
