One of the worse experiences at a hotel ever. No hot water. They knew about it and didnt warn us. Offered nothing but the bill.

I would not recommend the hotel property. I had a very bad experience. I requested to talk to the Manager due to the problems that I was experiencing and was told there was not one available until two to three days later. This is unacceptable for guest service. At a very bare minimum, they should have a team lead or supervisor on staff during all shifts. Additionally, the shower was dirty. I would not recommend as a place to stay during your visit to the Ticson area.

This hotel is in the middle of renovation. Our sink was stopped up and never got fixed the whole time we were there. Eventually management did make it right by crediting us a night stay.

Area was clean and quite. Reasonable rate and had microwave, refrigerator, coffee make plus most importantly channel changer and tv were easy to use. Big plus, extra linen and iron available.

I believe, due to covid, much was changed. No meals, no furniture in the lobby. but the staff were excellent and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Also, there is a nice path that runs behind the hotel.

Good size rooms, good rates.
Overall the rooms are a good size and have what I would need for the night or a couple of nights. They stated that they will be going to do remodeling in the rooms, this is needed due to bad rugs, (Stained with....) and they can upgrade the TV to a bigger size. Good price also for the room. During Covid they are limited, I would stay there again.
