Wasn't the best but wasn't the worst
Overall our stay was pretty okay. Pros: The hotel is nice and updated. We recieved a large room since we were staying there for 6 nights. The employees were always very friendly. The air conditioner in our room worked VERY well! It was nice to come back and cool off so quick. It was clean (for the most part). CONS: The doors to go into your room are heavy and LOUD. My husband and I did not get very much sleep being right next to the elevator and hearing everyone go in and out of their rooms. We asked for more pillows and never received them, so if you ask for something make sure to ask again. Lastly, I was kinda grossed out because I kept finding hair that was not mine.

We staged March 18-21st and our stay here was amazing! Brandon, the front desk attendant went above and beyond! He’s truly a star! Overall the staff was amazing and recommended lots of good places to eat. The suite was clean as well as the pool area, and lobby area. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Orlando area.

Very clean and comfortable room
Exterior of hotel feels new and updated. About a 5 minute walk to surrounding establishments but feels like a safe area. Lobby was inviting and staff was helpful. Check-in was fast. Room was great; Very comfortable and clean. Nice size fridge. The exterior back area of the hotel that appears to be for lounging was dirty and messy. For a smoke-free facility, they evidently allow smoking in the back because there was an ash tray full of cigarettes, ashes on the furniture, and someone was actively smoking back there when my wife and I tried to eat our breakfast there. There is a no smoking sign there, but I guess the management is not enforcing it. Breakfast and bar area is deserted. They do serve breakfast (for a fee) but the area didn't seem welcoming. I liked the stay and feel like I would recommend it with the caveats mentioned.
