Don’t Stay here!!!
For the caliber of hotel this place claims to be, the rooms should be inspected daily! One of the mattresses was old, broken and hard. I almost rolled off the side of the bed and knocked myself out on the nightstand. When I preceded to personally go downstairs (my roommate was already asleep) to let front desk know, they advised they could send engineering up to flip the mattress! At 1am! Really?! Or add points to a Marriott account I was never going to use. I ended up sharing my roommates bed. We had an early 5:30a start next day to catch flight home. The situation was unacceptable. We ended up calling manager to come up the next morning to check mattress out. He apologized and offered a minimal sum to be credited back. The damage had been done by this point.

We were looking for a US based hotel and this Marriott full filed our needs. The regular rooms; However, are small and recommend an upgrade. The hotel is also under renovation, but they managed to keep any discomfort to a minimum. The location is also perfect being close to Oxford Street shopping district.

My stay was good. However, hotel itself is quite busy at after-work hours. Especially in the lobby. It seems there are lots of events going on in the hotel and also dinner guests(non-hotel guests).
