The staff were absolutely amazing, I have never met a more accommodating group of people. They truly provided five-star service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms could use some updating. The furniture in my suite was quite outdated and showing signs of wear. The pool area could also benefit from better upkeep, especially a thorough deep cleaning. On a positive note, the food at the bar was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Despite a few areas that could be improved, the exceptional service from the staff made this a very enjoyable stay.

I had a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly, but this intercontinental is extremely outdated and does not match the level of finish of their newer properties. The rooms themselves are very dark and don't smell like they get enough fresh air. Because of the way the building sits, the rooms are very dark and dont get a lot of natural light.
