Loved the stay, hotel was beautiful, had free breakfast - but literally the only vegan options were dry toast and cucumber/tomato or grapes/other fruit. WiFi was a little sketchy which I needed for work, but other than that, loved the room, loved the cleanliness.

The hotel was nice and staff was courteous. The one complaint is the construction that is going on around the hotel. That not only disrupts the comfort and ability to sleep past 7 am, but also takes away the view.

I was placed in a room that was attached to another room. I didn't really think much of it until one night when I was trying to go to sleep and I could hear my neighbor. It wasn't even that he was talking loud it was just that there was nothing blocking the sound. I could literally hear every word he was saying as if we were in the same room. The staff offered to move me and I accepted but this all happened at 12:45 at night which was annoying. The staff was nice and apologetic but I still haven't heard from management.

It was good experience, nice clean hotel, Staff are not friendly and don't show much welcome apart from one receptionist who was very helpful and good with English. Hotel is about 10 minutes taxi ride from center of Dnipro.

Everything was great except for the internet. Was in a business room but without internet, it’s hard to do any business. There is internet in the hotel, but just on the bottom floor near the office.
