They Staff is Great
Check-In was quick, and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. This is our 3rd stay and will will return...they are pet and family friendly no matter what the time of day is and on top of the that the location is great...we can go grab food, shop at Walmart or take a walk around the lake.

Hotel was good, hotels.com not so much.
I had to make some change to my booking dates over the phone the weekend prior to my trip. Hotels.com rep assured me it was all taken care of. When I got to the hotel, they did not have a reservation for me. Hotels.com had changed the wrong dates. Spent over 2 hours calling and waiting back and forth with hotels.com till it was fixed, the final rep took care of me but the previous ones and "escalation to a supervisor" led me nowhere and had me waiting in a parking lot over an hour for a "call back from the supervisor when he is out of his meeting" that never came.

I will definitely be staying here again! The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. There was a little wear and tear to the chair in the room, but it was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was not enough parking. I left the hotel and when I returned at about 11pm, there were no spots left. Luckily, a staff member was leaving and I was able to snag her spot. Otherwise, I give it 5 stars!!

Perfect Stay!
Amazing staff, clean room and property, breakfast was really good (!!!) and did i mention staff was amazing! Oh, and great walking trail around lake behind the property! Pet friendly to the point they gave bags of treats for my dog and the lake was great place for walking dogs
