Don't be a low spender - book sth better
Hotel at first looked pretty nice. We got a bigger room than we expected and that was ok. However breakfast was really bad, some food looked and smelled like it was past the expiration date. We ate bread with butter and eggs - fortunately we did not get sick. Wi-Fi was working for like 4-5 hours and it broke. We had a train at 8 pm, and the receptionist agreed to leave our baggage for couple of hours after check-out - thanks for that. When we came back for our stuff, receptionist said that we took some things from minibar and we have to pay for it - that was not true. At lobby some other guests came to us and told, that receptionist had told before them the same thing. After 10 minutes and some phone calls manager came and we had really unpleasant conversation. He implied that we (us and the other guests) have stolen these things and I got really angry with him. Why would I stole snickers, coca-cola and redbull? In the end, he told that we can leave without paying, but i do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Receptionist was calm and really kind, but we felt like they were trying to trick us.
