Front desk was very nice and accommodating, location is great, but the elevators were slow and stopped too abruptly. Going to a high floor but stopping numerous times every time we were going up or down made me a little dizzy. Everything else was great though!

Alarm
There was an alarm going constantly in the back ground. It kept me awake for most of the night. I reported it but it was not rectified. Almost as if the alarm clock was left on in the next roon.

Very good
The hotel is very nice, everybody very attentive, the restaurant at the lobby very good, the club level lounge breakfast good-ish (but not great).
The location is actually quite practical. There are some seedy establishments in the area, but these being Montreal that does not make the streets unsafe. Oh Canada!
Moving around, quite easy. And if you are coming for university-related business (as was I), both campuses are very accessible.
