Let's not forget the free water each day! Staff were exceptionally kind at the front desk and at the breakfast Cafe. Great location, large rooms, especially for NYC. Everything was very clean, although there were signs of minor wear & tear. Beds were very comfortable. The lounge area was great for breakfast, drinks, or just having out. Staff was all very friendly & helpful. This is a very busy hotel, so check in lines were rather long at times. If you have the Bonvoy app, I suggest using it to check in. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very busy hotel, most times there's a long line just to check in but the receptionists are pretty efficient. The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. Very busy hotel. I did get a great deal on 3 rooms for a group of 10. On the plus side the front desk was super nice and allowed us in our rooms at 2 pm even though check in is at 4 pm. On the negative side one of the rooms was not fully cleaned- beds were made but there was only one towel which appeared used in the bathroom
