Honestly the property is way overdue a major facelift from outside and especially the rooms! The staff was great and very helpful they do represent the meaning of representing Sheraton but what is the building and rooms are for a 2star hotel at most!! It’s a real shame that nothing is being done to make a difference!!

I am returning each year to Sheraton EUR during Xmas holidays and, in spite of last year complaint for lack of assistance during a noisy stay on new year's eve and following days, due to a disputable clientele, this year all staff has been of extreme top courtesy and support. All stay extremely satisfactory in terms of room, amenities (gym) and handling of clients noise at night. Top rating, congratulations!

It used to be very good but that was sometime ago. The hotel has not been well maintained. I wish I could provide you a picture of our bathroom. It's terrible. The mattress was sagging, and the cushion of the sofa bed for our child was so worn out I could feel the coil spring hurting my back. The buffet breakfast (Euro18) had a very limited selection of healthy protein. Protein was mostly from eggs and processed meats like bacon and sausage and deli meats.
