A great boutique hotel in Paris, made extra special by the staff in the hotel who were exceptional. Totally professional, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasant. Situated in a great part of Paris, central to all main tourist attractions and an amazing French (Neva) restaurant within 5 min walk

The room was very modern, tidy and neat. Fixtures were high quality. There was a complete lack of hooks which was inconvenient, we also got a room right at the edge of the entrance foyer which was least ideal. Also we could hear the flush of toilets through the sewage pipe in the toilet room very loudly

The property itself was clean and the room was very nice. The front desk staff, Franchesca and Daniel were very accommodating and friendly. I had completely forgotten about bringing a converter charger during my travels. Daniel found a few for me and when they didn't work, Franchesca tried them out to make sure it was actually the charges that were problematic. Franchesca then recommended a few places where I could purchase one. Though I checked those places, I actually purchased one at the Office Depot, located on the corner of the Hotel Elysees Opera. I also loved the breakfast package that I purchased when I booked our room through Expedia. On the morning of Sunday, April 2, 2023, the dark-haired server was so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. She even showed me how to get hot chocolate from the coffee machine. She was great! On the morning of Monday, April 3, 2023, the blonde-haired server was the absolutely opposite; rude. She acted as though we were inconveniencing her. That morning, my husband and I sat at a table with another hotel guest who welcomed us when she came out from the back kitchen; she went about telling us angrily in French, no we could not sit there. The other hotel guest had to intervene and tell her it was okay. My husband has never accused anyone of being racist, but this woman's outright discourteous demeanor was clear. She was the one blight on our experience at the Hotel Elysees Opera.
