Very convenient
Chris, at the front desk was terrific. He provided excellent service and was very helpful. My flight was departing early in the morning so i was able to return my rental car the night before, take the shuttle back to the airport and walk from the airport back to the hotel. Very convenient.

Room was on the small side. Super loud heating unit woke me up! Comfortable bed. Makeup mirror was missing from bathroom, which I only noticed in the morning. Convenient but pricey for an early morning flight. Shuttle driver was delightful!

No Ice Machine?
No ice machines! You have to go to bar and get ice. I stayed in hotels over 140 nights this year and it’s the only hotel I’ve ever been in that doesn’t have ice machines.

The rooms and building have been redone - new furniture, carpets, phones; etc. it was a pleasure to stay there although, before the upgrade, it truly was an aging dump, going to seed.

Wasted money in Cleveland
Being directly adjacent to the Cleveland airport, this hotel is on the pricier side for the area. Despite calling in to the hotel mid day to alert them of a late check in, due to watching the Cleveland Browns play football, I was treated with absolute disrespect and disregard by the night check in woman. She refused to answer questions and was very short with me. She also refused to give her name and was not wearing a badge like the rest of the staff that was on that night. I was told there is no night manager available to speak to. This is a poor use of your money and I would recommend staying a quarter-mile away for half the price. Would not recommend and would not return ever again. Pathetic to have this sort of service at a “high-end“ hotel.

Stayed overnight before an early morning flight the next day. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, room comfort and food. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
