Positives: - The decor in the rooms are pretty artsy and cool. - The rooms have recently been renovated, and the fixtures and furniture are close to new. It looks like the owners put a lot of both money and sweat equity into the property. - The location is not far from downtown Seattle, and there is street parking. Negatives: - The neighborhood seems like it's not the best. Although I didn't feel unsafe. - From the pictures (indoor only), the place looks like a really fancy hotel. But it looks like a renovated townhouse in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. - The property is attached to another townhouse, which looked really beat up. When we first drove up, I was in disbelief, compared to what I expected from the pictures. - There's no mattress on the bed!!! It's just a sheet of spongy foam. I felt like I slept on a marshmellow. I woke up after the first night with a backache. Luckily the nice lady/customer service/owner let me have a refund for the second night that we already paid for. - There's no hotel lobby or attendants on site. It felt more like AirBnB and less like a hotel or inn. Overall, looks like a mom and pop startup Inn, which has potential if the house nextdoor is also renovated, the neighborhood cleaned up, and a proper bed and mattress are put in every room. In its current form, I don't recommend staying there, although the pictures are very aluring. Aside from not recommending it, it is also waaaaaaay overpriced!

This Inn is a self-checked-in property that is much like a remodeled old house for rent. At check-in you get the key in the lockbox and enter the house yourself to your room. The hallway is clean and well painted. The room itself is small and mostly occupied by a large bed. There is a small table, a refrigerator and a safe and a rack to hang clothes. The bathroom is small but has been recently remodeled. - Location: Average. Right next to Seattle Univ, and many hospitals, few restaurants across the streets. These restaurants can be noisy at night. There are homeless folks along Jefferson. It’s a 40 min walk to downtown Seattle - Room: Poor. It has the stuffy smell of an old house and carpet. We had to open the windows all day and let the fan run. There were ants on the table and some in bed. The room has nice painting on the wall. When we arrived the safe was broken. It looks like the renter before screwed it up. It was fixed the next day. Internet password in the booklet was conflicting with the one on the card - Parking: Poor. You park along the fence on concrete with the tail sticking out to a small gravel alley. Given the state of the neighborhood we were pretty nervous the first night. - Service: we arrived on Sat afternoon and immediately texted to the number we were given about the issues but nobody got back to us until the next morning.

I don’t recommend it !
The price discount was a big lie!!!! They said The original price was $450 And now $117 !!! But it was the big lie . I had the worst ever experience . It was an old house That from outside it looks a ghost house. No reception or even on staff to help you. I just met a cleaner that she was so lovely, she tried to help us and tried to call someone to help us for checking but no one picked up the phone!!! Inside of the building was renovated, but the smell was really bad and it was too small , hardly We could move. The AC didn’t work!!! Wifi password was wrong and it number they provide no one answer. The water bottle that they offered it was refilled bottle and we weren’t sure it’s a tap water or they washed the bottle or not, so we didn’t touched it. the refrigerator and kettle was In the bathroom next to toilet bowl!!!!! There are a bunch of issues that I don’t recommend this inn to anyone.

UNSTAFFED AND NO KEY
This is an unstaffed property. No early check-in is possible and luggage cannot be dropped off prior to check-in. This would have been good information to have when we booked. The biggest problem I have with this property is the fact that it is unstaffed AND they have no hotline to call if there is a problem....and there was. When we arrived the lockbox that should have contained the key for our room was empty. All we could do was email the property managers and hope they would reply in a timely manner. We did end up getting the key after a 15-minute wait, as I was making arrangements for another hotel. Can't state this strongly enough: If you are going to have an unstaffed facility you should ABSOLUTELY HAVE A HOTLINE NUMBER TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS!

Clean and modern look. My issues were the following. Room was very cold, floor in washroom very cold and there was no radiator to heat the place. The rooms ac wall unit would not work on heat mode and in ac mode the air was always cold even if i set it at 82F. Other issue was i saw ants in the washroom. In the shower stall, sink, and coffee station. nOise level was high whenever someone would enter the main door. Picture of room on web site is nice and big. When i opened the door it was so small i could barely walk around the bed.
