Little bit of a tired place but friendly staff and clean. Would be festive in summer!

2/10 Poor

Crapiest of crap motels.
The room was terrible. The whole motel looked like a crack house. Partly renovated and not finished. Reception people had no idea what they were doing. The room had a double bed, chair, small vanity with mirror and a kettle. That was it. No TV, no mini fridge/mini bar, no coffee, tea milk, cups or glasses. Spider webs with complete with daddy long leg spider in the corner of the ceiling and the carpets were filthy and needed a good vacuum/steam clean. The so called free Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room. Had to walk up to reception to get it to work. By far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Only good thing was the views, and the bed was comfortable. Never ever will I stay there again!

Enjoyed the stay. Helpful host. Managed well with Covid restrictions. Pillows were Japanese style i.e.very thin! Otherwise comfortable bed.

I didn't like the property because what I paid for my room wasn't worth the money, there was no tv, no fridge, and there was milk left out on the bench, there was no breakfast, there was nobody at reception to help you with anything, and one of the staff members was sitting ouside playing on her phone.

8/10 Very good

The place is currently being renovated but the staff were great the food is awesome and excellent value for money. Rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean and like i said it's being renovated so give rustic charm a chance.

2/10 Poor

This a very old run down place. What it did not have No wiFi in the room, no TV in room, no fridge, no lights in the corridor outside the room. What It did have: extensive mould in the wardrobe, cobwebs, a slash in the flyscreens.. this may have been an attempt at Halloween decorations but they missed the date. Also the drain for the bathroom floor sat up above tiles by about 1cm to stub your toe on. We were booked for 2 nights but could not tolerate a second night.

8/10 Very good

It was perfect for what we needed on our trip... a place to sleep! It was close to town, walking tracks and the National Park. Needed staff to show us around as we had to find the communal kitchen and amenities. The continental breakfast is over priced, but the food from the tavern is decent for its price range (only exception is the Hawaiian Parma for an extra $2 which just includes a few pieces of pineapple). Staff were friendly, especially in the tavern, and happy to have a chat!

This was in a great location, the food was not as good as I had expected. The room was relatively clean. The staff were under the pump and for a function held upstairs we had to continually head down stairs to get a drink. Wheel chair accessible.
