Nice stay in downtown Auckland
We had a great stay at 70-74 Anzac Ave. The apartment is well appointed and obviously (as the name suggests) brand new. It has everything you would need for a short stay. Be aware that if you have a car you will need to use the Wilson Parking opposite (recommended by Nina) or on-street. Both are fine from 6pm-8am. The apartment was clean and quiet and I would recommend.

Good location and close to spark arena which was our purpose. Good communication with the hosts We had a car and parking was in a parking building across the road which was handy but is expensive. If not traveling by car it is a great spot 👍

Short review: I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Auckland. Excellent apartment, excellent location, excellent value, excellent kitchen, the entire apartment was squeaky clean, comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi, and most importantly very quiet and safe place. Long review: At first I was hesitant to book an apartment via Expedia (as to Airbnb), but I was shocked to say the least. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the busy areas of Auckland; it is far enough to be comfortable and quiet, and close enough to not cause any inconvenience to me as a tourist enjoying the city. I personally did NOT have a car, so I don't have any experience with parking- good or otherwise. With that being said, there is a parking structure right across the street from the apartment, which could clearly be seen from the apartment, and there are plenty of parking lots and parking structures within a 15-minute walk. The apartment building is VERY VERY VERY secure. A key (or the provided fob) is needed to access or operate: 1) the building, 2) the elevator and stairs hall, 3) the elevator to go to your desired floor, 4) the hallway where the apartment is located, and lastly 5) to access the apartment itself. As I mentioned in the short review above, entire apartment was squeaky clean. It was also fully furnished, with the kitchen being full with kitchen supplies. I absolutely enjoyed and loved my stay here.
