      Don't bother with this place.

      I ordered a hotel, I mistakenly ordered the wrong check in date and was told there would be no refunds or New arrangements. The hotel managers themselves are amazing on the phone with customer service. However, they weren't onsite when I arrived to a filthy hotel room with no toilet paper and holes in the wall. We checked in late due to traffic and left 2 hours later. No one was at the desk. Don't waste money on that place.

      Not my cup of tea!

      Ok, first let me say I am not a snob and I do stay at plenty of lower cost motels. This place was a little scary. Greeted by lady behind a desk totally enclosed by plexiglass, bulletproof (?). Small opening to slide your ID. Mail piled up on a counter at least 8" high. No vending for at least a bottle of water. Given room #1. Did not look anything like picture in the ad. Wood framed sleigh beds from the 1950s with 4" mattress (?) Like sleeping on a board. No bedspreads and everything from the pillowcases to the towels in the BR were damp. The curtains were held to the rod in places with a paper clamp. I had to use a clip barrette to close the curtain as it was hanging on one end. There was 1 flip light located about 6 ft into the room and a small bedside lamp. Little fruit fly type buggies were flying around. It was late(7pm), pouring rain and I was leaving at 4:30am for the airport otherwise I would have left. I took a blanket off the twin bed and slept on top of everything on the double bed. Door was hollow core, one good kick and it would cave so all my luggage was piled in front of it. Loud music began and lasted for an hour. Not going to talk about the scary little man sitting in a lawn chair about 4 doors down, yikes! Good stuff...free parking, wi-fi, TV small but nice, immediate hot water (did not shower, felt a little Psycho vibe), small micro wave and fridge that was cold. Really for another $40 I could have ...not going there!

      Bad day at inn

      We arrived 3:30 on day scheduled, the older lady came to front window and kept saying no rooms available, told her we had a reservation, and all she kept saying no rooms available. Needless to say we had to find another hotel for the night. There for we do expect to charged.

      Left me hanging!?

      I made the reservation and got confirmation. I called ahead to make them aware that I didn't get done work until midnight and the motel is an hour away. The clerk said this would be fine and to simply enter the lobby and use the courtesy phone to ring the clerk. Ive done this and noone has come. Tried 3 times, lastly let it ring for as long as it would before the phone quit automatically. I've called the motel number that I used earlier and it goes right to a message service.

      I did not stay at the arbor inn because there was some sort of problem, and our reservation was moved to another hotel. The review is got that hotel. There was very lighting and no windows. I appreciated the manager at arbor inn made arrangements for us while we were enjoying the day. There was nothing to do when we arrived besides getting the keys and going to the room.

      Hotel Did Not Provide Me With the Room I Booked !!

      My impressions were made upon arrival and looking only at the grounds, motel exterior and Office, and speaking through the glass to the receptionist. After paying a non-refundable fee, including use of a free night I had earned, I did NOT stay at this motel BECAUSE THE ESTABLISHMENT INFORMED ME UPON MY ARRIVAL THAT THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR ME !!! Therefore, I had to book another hotel nearby or return home three hours away, and cancel the appointment I had made for the next day. I could not have driven home and then slept and returned 160 miles for a 10 AM Sunday morning. Hotels.com needs to refund my money, return the free night I had used as partial pay and BAR THIS ESTABLISHMENT FROM ADVERTISING ON HOTELS.COM. I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED IF THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE NEAR THE DESTINATION I WAS GOING TO THE FOLLOWING DAY. GET RID OF THIS SLEAZY EXCUSE FOR A MOTEL !!!
