The staff was extremely helpful! We felt very taken care of, almost as if they were able to read our minds. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the large tables that allowed us to meet new friends! We had previously been spoiled by wonderful bidets on our tour of Italy, and ours in this room wasn’t quite usable, or at least we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😉. Our room had a courtyard view, but the terrace was easy to access for a photo opportunity or a drink. The location is convenient for many of the Roman sites.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Lancelot. The location was perfect to explore Rome on foot, very close to the Colosseum. It's about a 8-10 min walk to the nearest subway station, which was needed to get to the Vatican, but we didn't mind. The rooms were decent sized, the beds were comfortable and breakfast had a good selection with both pastries and proteins to choose from. Staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Excellent location, the colosseum is only about a 10 minute walk away. There are restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and it delicious. There is a sitting room, a bar and outdoor space. Car service available to pick you up at the airport. I would highly recommend this over Uber and especially a taxi. I have stayed here different times and will again.
